How does per-seat pricing work?
Each active team member in your workspace counts as one seat. You're billed for the number of seats at the end of each billing period. You can add or remove seats at any time — changes are prorated automatically.
Can I try Assist Me before paying?
Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 7-day free trial that includes all features. No credit card is required to start. If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your workspace will be paused (your data is kept for 30 days).
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel any time from Workspace Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
All your data — projects, tasks, reports, and AI digests — is retained for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything as JSON or CSV from the settings panel before it's permanently deleted.
